Character Design| Visual Development| Illustration

My name is T’andre Turner and I work in animation and Kid’s literature as a character designer, visual development artist and children’s book illustrator. 

 

As a Black American woman born and raised living in the Southeastern states, I’ve been inspired by my fellow Southern-American culture. I bring my culture to my artwork in every piece of work that I create so people who look like me get a chance to see themselves in the stories I tell, while allowing those who have never experienced what I have may also walk in my shoes. 

 

I am a proud graduate of Savannah College of Arts and Design where I honed my skills to enter the world of animation. I have had the chance to work with Blue Circle Studios, Holler Studios, Black Paper Party as well as release a digital coloring book for all ages! 

 

I hope that we may be able to work together in the future. I would love the chance to collaborate to bring a unique point of view into animation!
